Savian Gray-Sommerville
FOUNDER & CEO
Savian, our Founder and CEO, is an Attorney with extensive experience in Litigation and Government Investigations. He has worked in two prominent law firms, The White House transition project, the Department of Justice, a Mayor's Office, The North Carolina Supreme Court, and The United States District Court, WDNC. He has represented numerous multi-national corporations, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, small businesses, and individuals.

Savian currently manages a business law firm, is a board member for several start-up companies, and serves on the DC Bar's Litigation Steering Committee where he researches and writes public statements and Amicus Briefs to the United States Supreme Court on matters of significant moral and public concern. Savian's deep expertise in law, business, politics, and governance drives this venture's success.
John Hegedus
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
John, our Chief Marketing Officer, is a seasoned marketing leader with well over a decade of experience driving brand growth, product innovation, and measurable impact. At Meta, John developed and implemented marketing strategies for products generating over $20 billion in annual revenue. At Bank of America, he delivered exceptional ROI and spearheading end-to-end campaigns that exceeded $175 million in returns.

With deep expertise in product marketing, design, and community engagement, John is at the forefront of scaling Collective Solutions' brand and driving the growth of ORB. His ability to align innovative campaigns with strategic business goals ensures ORB not only reaches but resonates with its audience. John's vision and leadership are integral to empowering users, building vibrant communities, and ensuring the long-term success of Collective Solutions.
Norman Schafer
U.S. NETWORKING OFFICER
Norman, our U.S. Networking Officer, brings 18 years of expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and team leadership. Known for cultivating relationships and leading high-performing teams, he delivers innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses across industries.

A collaborative leader with a passion for mentorship, Norman excels at analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities, and implementing impactful strategies. His work is integral to expanding Collective Solutions’ network and empowering communities to address collective action problems.

Outside of work, Norman enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and dog, golfing, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and spending time with friends and family.
Gabriela Murillo
CORPORATE SECRETARY
Gabriela, our Corporate Secretary, is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal from a big law firm, where she specializes in Intellectual Property Litigation. Prior to joining her firm, she worked as a family law paralegal for several years. As an IP Litigation paralegal, Gabriela brings years of district court litigation and trial experience and has been part of many teams representing some of the world’s largest corporations.
Gabriela holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a post-baccalaureate diploma from Central Piedmont Community College in paralegal studies.
